Late last week, Huawei unveiled two new smartwatches in the form of the Watch GT 4 series.

The new devices may be recently unveiled for some markets, but Huawei Mobile South Africa is already working to get them into the hands of consumers, with the company listing a special Early Bird pre-order offer on its local online store for the series Watch GT 4. .

For the offer it does not appear that money needs to be deposited, however, it is necessary to subscribe to the Early Bird special offer.

Those who opt for this pre-pre-order will receive R2,500 worth of free extras as well as the 41mm or 46mm smartwatch, when they become available for purchase on October 6.

The R2 500 extras include a R1 000 online store voucher, a pair of Huawei FreeBuds SE 2 wireless earbuds, 5x store points and one change entry to win a Nova 11.

If Early Bird isn’t of interest, another more traditional pre-order will go live on September 27, although it’s unclear exactly what will be bundled at this point.
