The Huawei P60 series has now appeared on Geekbench, showing that Huawei is doing pre-launch testing and preparations. A model in this range includes the Android 13 chipset and Snapdragon 778.
According to the Geekbench listing, the Huawei MNA-AL00 smartphone model on Geekbench achieved 551 single-core scores and 2312 multi-core scores. The phone has an octa-core processor with 4 cores running at 1.8 GHz and the other four at 2.40 GHz.
Additionally, the listing indicates that the MNA-AL00 is equipped with the Adreno 642L GPU, which is used in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset.
The Huawei phone is tested with 8GB of RAM and interestingly it is paired with Android 13 which is a rare use of the software. Because Huawei will probably use HarmonyOS 3.1 in Huawei P60 lineup and it is possible that the latest software open source library has been updated, while HarmonyOS 3.0 had Android 12.
Identify:
Earlier last month, the Huawei P60 series visited the Chinese Telecommunications Equipment Network Access Management (TENAA) with the MNA-AL00 and LNA-AL00 models. It has been predicted that these two could be the standard P60 and the Pro version respectively.
So, is the Geekbench model mentioned above Huawei P60 standard? Probably. For what? because last year Huawei launched a new model of P50 series – P50E and it featured Snapdragon 778.
Moreover, the Huawei P60 series would also come with a P60E model, since the MNA-AL00 also uses the same processor, it is possible to come as a Huawei P60E and not as a standard version. However, we have no confirmation on this.
Huawei P60 series:
Past information reveals that the Huawei P60 series will come with an all-new imaging system, XMAGE. Apart from that, the camera will bring a new design. In addition to that, Huawei could use the latest hardware and software features.
The report suggests that the Huawei P60 series will be launched in March, but we are awaiting official confirmation.
