Huawei is expected to introduce the Mate 50 series today, but suddenly another device has appeared in the company’s store – the Huawei nova 10z. This phone brings a 64 MP main camera and an aggressive price tag of $230. It is very similar to the Huawei nova 8 SE Youth but has a more powerful camera setup.
Huawei has kept the 6.6-inch LCD screen with 1080p resolution and a punch-hole for the same 16 MP front camera. The company only revealed that there’s an octa-core processor inside matching the Kirin 710A chipset inside the nova 8 SE Youth, so likely no changes there either. Storage options are 128GB and 256GB, but RAM has not been confirmed.
The selling point of this nova 10z smartphone is the triple camera on the back. There’s a 64MP main shooter with an f/1.9 lens, an 8MP f/2.4 ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro unit.
The battery capacity is 4000mAh and it comes with 40W charging support.
The user interface is HarmonyOS 2.0, there’s a 3.5mm audio jack and 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity.
