Huawei has pledged to increase its Asia-Pacific commitments as executives from the Chinese telecom giant expressed optimism about the company’s prospects in the region.
At the company’s first major post-pandemic technology event, which took place last week with hundreds of senior officials, experts, researchers and business partners gathered, Huawei’s management touted its next plan to region in building digital infrastructure, promoting digital inclusion and low-carbon development.
“We have served our customers here for over 30 years and are proud to support the region’s digital development. Going forward, we will continue to invest heavily in innovation to help our partners in the region achieve their strategic development goals,” said Huawei Rotating Chairman Ken Hu in his kick-off speech for the event. .
