My new laptop is 2 months old after a few weeks the following problem has occurred:
When I plug the power cable into the laptop it is very slow (it takes 6 seconds to open a folder) and it does not really charge. The battery burns when plugged in.
As soon as I unplug the power cable, the computer works fine (it takes milliseconds to open a folder).
I went to Huawei customer service and they swapped out several components like the accumulator and SSD. Same problem
When they reset my computer it was working normally at first but after a few days I reinstalled my programs I was facing the same problem.
I only installed the things I need for my university, like Office, Matlab, Notion, etc. and Steam.
I was searching the internet for a similar problem, but the fixes did not work for me. Then I found the threat here (6 week old laptop is very slow – Windows 10 supported (bleepingcomputer.com)) but it didn’t work either.
My laptop: Huawei Matebook D16 (LAPTOP-4MBB86VJ), AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics 3.00 GHz, Disk C: 60.2 free / 119 GB, D: 162 GB free / 337 GB.
