Huawei today unveiled the new MatePad 5G tablet, which belongs to the mid-price segment and, as the name suggests, supports 5G.
Overall, it’s the same Huawei MatePad that debuted in April of this year, but with some improvements. First of all, instead of the Kirin 810 processor, the Kirin 820 is installed with support for fifth generation networks. A minimum of 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of ROM are also available, and the fast charging power has increased from 18W to 22.5W.
The other specs are the same: a 10.4-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1200 × 2000 pixels, two cameras of 8 megapixels each, a 7250 mAh battery, support for an M-Pencil stylus, four microphones and speakers, and Android 10 with a proprietary EMUI 10.1 shell…
Tablet dimensions 245.2 × 154.96 × 7.45 mm, weight – 460 g.
The cost of the tablet has also increased: if the price of the Huawei MatePad started at $ 286, then the MatePad 5G would cost 473. There is a choice of white or gray-blue colors.
