Rolling out the July 2022 Huawei Security Update to HarmonyOS-based MatePad Pro 10.8-inch 2021 users. The company is a little late in pushing out the July 2022 security update for the MatePad device in the field.
In accordance with Huawei’s monthly and quarterly update policy, security patch details for the device were initially released monthly. And developers were working to gradually roll it out to eligible devices, starting with flagship smartphones.

Who can install it?
If your Huawei MatePad 10.8 inch WiFi tablet has model numbers (MRR-W29) and (MRR-W39), then the latter HarmonyOS 2.0.0.265 the firmware update is up to you.
Just check if your current version is the ‘HarmonyOS 2.0.0.0260’ build or not. If yes, then this update is a release for you. Just open the settings application on your smartphone>> then Software update>> Software>> Check the update>> Press the Download and install key.
