Huawei, one of the world’s leading providers of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices, announced the immediate appointment of Terry He as CEO of Huawei Tech Investment Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Huawei’s Saudi operations and guiding the company’s work as a strategic partner to accelerate digital transformation in the Kingdom.
Previously, he served as president of Huawei Middle East Enterprise Business Group where he oversaw the group’s development in the region. In this role, he worked closely with organizations in various sectors such as government, oil and gas, education, financial services, healthcare, hospitality and construction to embrace technology emerging such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and more.
As a seasoned industry expert in the Middle East, he has over 10 years of experience in several Huawei offices in the region. This includes being Huawei’s chief operating officer in Pakistan and, most recently, Huawei’s chief operating officer in Kuwait.
