34 years after Willow’s first theatrical release, Disney returns to the fantastical world of George Lucas for a series of sequels again starring Warwick Davis as the titular wizard. Ron Howard, who directed the original film, returns as executive producer on the new series, which Disney calls “an epic period fantasy series with a modern sensibility.”
