Grace, the transgender daughter of former Home and Away star Mat Stevenson, shared her incredible glow on TikTok.
Grace shared a series of images that spanned from her childhood to the present day.
The social media star explained that her glow went “ well in her transition ” and told fans to “ be patient ” as maturity doesn’t happen overnight.

The slideshow began with a photo of Grace as a child, wearing a pink and red skirt with a fluffy purple halo.
This followed a series of photos of her as a kid in her school uniform and in high school, when she started to put on makeup and grow her hair out.

The last photos showed her after graduating from high school, glamorous in makeup and feminine outfits.
The TikTok post comes after Grace and her father, actor Mat Stevenson, appeared on The Sunday Project to discuss her gender transition.
Mat, who appeared on Home and Away in the ’90s, spoke to host Lisa Wilkinson about her friends’ reaction after learning her son was in transition.

He said that while some were “fairly consistent” and “understood” others struggled. He asked his skeptical friends to just “empathize.”
Grace knew she was meant to be a woman from the age of ‘four or five’ and began her transition at the age of 12.

“ I got out at 12, then I went through a gradual transition until I was 14, to grow my hair out, to get my name change sorted out, to get rid of my blockers, ” he said. Grace said to Lisa.

When asked how his male friends reacted to the news of his daughter’s transition, Mat said: ‘Some of my friends were pretty homogeneous, they got that. Some could not get it.
“I am a member of the local cricket club. One of the boys came up to me and said, “Stevo, I don’t understand, man. I just don’t understand.” I said, “It’s okay buddy you don’t need to have it. All I’m asking is to love my daughter and empathize.” ‘

Mat also pointed to the shocking suicide rate among transgender teens, saying he didn’t want his daughter to “ become one of those statistics. ”
“ Unfortunately in this country we have a very high teen suicide rate and it is a tragedy. Trans teens are 36 times more likely to self-harm, to kill themselves, ”he said.
“There is a distinct correlation between lack of support and self-harm. I didn’t want my daughter to become one of those stats.
Mat became a household name when he starred in the Channel soap opera Seven Home and Away in the ’90s, playing the role of Adam Cameron.
