Last week, Australian actress Emily Weir, who plays newcomer Mackenzie Booth, announced that the series will return to screens on Easter Monday.

Sharing a video of what appears to be her bedroom, the 29-year-old star said: “ Just a message to say that we’re back on the screens on April 13 ”.

“Summer Bay is back in action,” she added cheerfully, while looking at the camera.
