Holly Willoughby showed off her new choppy bob on Instagram Thursday.
The 40-year-old looked stunning as she wore minimal makeup after revealing that she enjoyed a morning meditation session.
The TV presenter is currently taking a hiatus from her presentation work on This Morning for the summer, but is expected to appear on The One Show Thursday to promote her new show Take Off with Bradley Walsh.

The fresh-faced beauty wore a beige shawl around her shoulders, with a crescent moon necklace placed in the center of her chest.
She posed with greenery as a backdrop while soaking up the sun during the UK heatwave.
Many of her followers quickly commented on the image to compliment her new look.

The TV presenter posted a trailer for the new Take Off series on her Instagram, with the caption: “Hello! How are you?… I just got this from my new show with it’s called Take off… it starts this Saturday at 6 p.m. on… @bbc. ‘
She continued, “We had so much fun filming this one and working with a total genius / wally #wallywalsh #takeoff #holiday” with a laughing face and airplane emoji.
The show, which will air on the channel, will see members of the public vying for a spot for a dream vacation.
It was originally just a one-time Christmas special, but has now been made into a four-part series.
Take Off will air on BBC One on Saturday July 24.
