I know the combination of “Taylor Swift” and the word “cats” can cause alarming flashbacks to the musical-turned-movie/horror show. Cats (TG who’s behind us), so know that we’re here to talk about Taylor Swift’s real physical cats.
Tay-Tay has three: two Scottish Folds named Meredith Gray and Olivia Benson and a Ragdoll named Benjamin Button. She has Meredith since 2011 and Olivia since 2014, while Benjamin has been part of the Swift family since 2019.
And in case you’re wrong, these cats literally live a better quality of life (!!) than most humans on this earth, and they certainly know it. I’m going to give you a moment to scream into the void because, yes, Olivia Benson is a millionaire who’s richer than all of us. At least, according to the Pet Rich 2022 list (IT’S A THING, OKAY?), which puts Olivia behind Nala Cat, whose net worth is $100 million. And if you’re wondering how Olivia made so much money, it apparently has to do with her extensive business work. She is a ACTOR.
And frankly, Benjamin works really hard to promote Taylor’s music, so he deserves a cut too:
