The outing comes after Helen took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday to reveal she had lip fillers just a month after undergoing breast augmentation.
The Honest star shared a video of herself applying lipstick as she detailed the reasons for her latest cosmetic procedure.
She said: “I have big lips, but my bottom lip was bigger and because I covered my top lip, I wanted a little filler to even them out.”
Admitting she’s also had Botox in the past, mum-of-three Helen, who recently split from footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair. advised: “Don’t do anything when you’re too young.”
She continued, “I’m 32 now. I have Botox and it’s my choice. I support women regardless of their choices. I thought about it a lot before going ahead.

Helen’s cosmetic doctor, Dr Natalie Haworth, told MailOnline: ‘The treatment Helen had with me at my clinic based in Whalley in Lancashire, The Doctor & Company, is what I like to call a ‘fit.’ A little tweaking here and there achieves a more natural result and is quickly becoming the go-to look for 2023.’
In 2019, Helen hit back at rumors that she had lip fillers after being accused of having a trout pout.
She told a fan, “I’ve never had my lips done x you can’t have those kind of treatments while breastfeeding anyway, it’s lip gloss that makes your lips bigger.”

While still recovering, Helen – who split from Scott in October – claimed she went under the knife in a bid to “feel more confident”.
She also explained how her decision was influenced by a reduction in her bust from an E cup to ‘not filling out a B cup bra’ caused by breastfeeding her three children, seven-year-old Matilda, Delilah, four years old and Charlie, 17 months.
While refraining from posting the results, the newly single star said in the vlog, “Hi so I wanted to appear here. I’m actually really nervous about sharing this but I had a gig.
“I had it done on Thursday. Yeah, so I’m recovering right now. I was very nervous about sharing this, because you always get not-so-nice comments or whatever.
“But yeah, it’s just something I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence. I was very nervous about sharing this. Obviously I’m for confidence in my body and for supporting other women, but I support women in all the choices they have decided to make.
“I think if something is really bothering you, then I think, you know, it’s a good thing to do something about it.

“I’m on day two of my recovery, I literally…my friend just helped me wash my hair and dry it because you really can’t…you can’t, you can’t you don’t shower properly, you gotta keep the wounds dry, I have this kind of bra, and you can’t get it wet.
“So these stories are probably going to be quite long, so you might want to get comfortable, but I’m just going to talk about everything, really.”
Helen confessed that she decided to have surgery after becoming a mum to Delilah, but waited until she had Charlie because she wanted to have another baby.

She said: “I never thought I would get a boob job. I’ve always…I’ve always been, really, busty, I never thought I’d be someone who needed a boob job.
“Basically, my boobs have changed so much since pregnancy and breastfeeding. And it’s really tricky here, because I’ve loved all of my breastfeeding trips. I’m a big believer in breastfeeding.
“I think it’s an amazing experience that you can have your kids and I would, you know, over and over again. But in total, I probably breastfed for about… I’d say about three years.
So Matilda was eight months old and I had my babies pretty close together. Dalila was 13 months old. And yes, Charlie was 14 months old. So it’s really about three years of breastfeeding together.
“I think it’s because I was quite tall and busty before. There’s no other nicer way, I keep trying to find a nicer way to put it. But the reason… .they just sagged.
“There’s no better way to say it, but they got really flabby and I can’t think of a better way to put it and it just affected my confidence.
“When I started Matilda, my boobs were fine. They actually got smaller, which I really liked. I think my frame is changing, having kids. I’ve always been thin and petite, but I kind of lost a lot of weight having kids.
