Heather slid her feet down a pair of fuzzy black slides and wore her black shirt in her hand after class.

Ms. El Moussa tied her shiny, shiny locks in a messy bun while holding her phone in one hand.
Before class, she was spotted heading into the studio with a cropped black shirt and a drink in hand.
After sweating it out with her spouse, she reappeared in her low-cut bra.
For his part, Tarek, 41, was ready to hit the gym in a blue T-shirt, black shorts and a black hoodie.
He added a black hat and he looked comfortable in a casual pair of black flip flops.
After their Saturday activity, Heather took to Instagram to share a selfie with her three million followers.
She and her husband posed inside their vehicle, each smiling while wearing black sunglasses.

Heather wrote in the caption, “My first hot yoga class in over 11 months,” and tagged her partner and Radiant Hot Yoga.
And then the first-time mom, who gave birth in January, shared a close-up snapshot of her son Tristay Jay.
Her hair was brushed away from her face as she held the child in her arms, sharing skin-to-skin contact.
She tagged her husband and wrote “little love” with a white heart emoji next to it.
The happy couple announced they welcomed Tristan into their family in January and they celebrated his one-month anniversary with a social media post.
Heather shared several images on her Instagram account that showed her cradling Tristan and lovingly planting a kiss on his forehead.
The reality TV personality also wrote a message in the caption of her post to let her followers know how she handled becoming a new mother.
She described February as “a month of love, mamahood adjustments, work-from-home days, breastfeeding ups and downs, the best newborn hugs, sleepless nights and so much more. lots of family time.”

Heather and Tarek share his other two children, Brayden and Taylor, seven and 12, with ex-wife Christina Hall.
The former couple, who starred on Flip or Flop from 2013 to 2022, were married from 2009 to 2018.
