Harry Styles invests part of his £ 63million fortune in a new large 23,500 capacity live music arena in Manchester
Not content with his career as a singer and film, Harry Styles got involved in the business world.
The former One Direction star, 26, has invested in a new live music arena in Manchester.
The Co-op Live site, which will have a capacity of 23,500 people, is expected to open in 2023 after obtaining building permits in September.

The musician will be “actively involved in the development of the project,” according to Oak View Group (OVG), the company that builds the arena.
Harry, who grew up in Cheshire, said: ‘I am incredibly proud and delighted to partner with OVG on their live co-op projects.
“Manchester is an amazing city, full of amazing people, and I couldn’t be happier to be involved in this project. It really feels like coming home.
“I was drawn to this project on all levels, the opportunities it brings, the contribution it will make to the city and most importantly, the fact that it will allow even more live music to flourish in Manchester.

“It’s just another sign that this amazing city continues to grow.
Harry’s first job was delivering newspapers for a co-op store as a teenager, according to OVG.
The £ 350million project will create 3,500 jobs during construction and another 1,000 jobs once the site opens, according to OVG.

The site will be built in the Eastlands area of the city and will continue the regeneration of the area started by the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
The venue was named Co-op Live after OVG partnered with retail giant Co-op to develop the site on the Etihad campus.
Last month, the Watermelon Sugar frontman postponed all of his scheduled performances for the rest of the year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
