Role Mission
Drive store revenue by exceeding daily sales goal and creating sustainable growth.
Main responsibilities
-
Follow Gucci policies and procedures.
-
Promote open and constructive communication with team members, store management and consumers.
-
Create a compelling, high-energy store experience for customers by engaging and modeling them suitable customer service behaviors towards associates.
-
Position yourself as the store’s reference in terms of stock techniques and procedures.
-
Ensure receipt, quantities, labeling and deliveries of products, items and supplies in right time.
-
Prepare new articles to be exhibited in collaboration with the sales team.
-
Ensure replenishment is done hourly and accurately.
-
Manage transfers and all other operations in right time.
-
Monitor the flow of goods between storage and the workshop, prepare and control the arrangement of items.
-
Monitor the placement of items for sale daily, based on the product available in stock (style, size and color)
-
Undertake inventory operations and be involved in monitoring loss prevention and shrinkage.
