Last month, green day shared an Instagram post that shows the punk trio recording at RAK Studios in London. This match highlighted the year “1972”. Now the band have shared more footage of themselves at the London studio, with ‘1972’ once again reappearing in footage.
The footage, released over the weekend, shows the three band members falling out and mike dirt spray paint “1972” on a wall. It happens to be the year of birth of the three members of the group.
Green Day, as well as Machine Gun Kelly, Miley Cyrus, Halsey and Gwen Stefaniare set to headline Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest 2022, a three-day event taking place February 10-12 at Staples Center in Los Angeles ahead of Super Bowl LVI on February 13. Maybe the band will introduce some new music in this performance.
