Triadelphia, W, Va. (WTRF) – The tournament was organized by Teammate Basketball. The event stopped at the complex for only the second year. Teams from across the country were invited to compete. However, many competitors came from close by in Keystone State. Teammate Basketball loved the Highlands.
“It’s a world-class place. We are trying to find a facility like this all over the country. (There are) six courts under one roof and that’s obviously a big advantage for us operationally. It’s also an incentive for teams to support each other and they don’t have to park or drive across town to get to another gym. Everything is concentrated here under one roof, which is an incredible advantage,” said teammate owner Blake Thompson.
The traveling tournament ends with a national championship held in Virginia Beach.
