Fox Entertainment Global Heads to Mipcom Cannes With New Fare from Gordon Ramsay and TMZ and a Network Game Show Snake Oil.
The Fox-owned auction house’s catalog next month will include titles from Fox Alternative Entertainment such as the David Spade show. Snake Oilanimated content from Bento Box Entertainment, live-action comedies from Fox Entertainment Studios, and more than 20 films from MarVista Entertainment.
The headliner of the new shows is Snake Oil, Fox’s upcoming game show in which entrepreneurs pitch products to contestants, who must determine which businesses are real with the help of celebrity advisors. Spade hosts and produces and Will Arnett (Lego Masters, Arrested development) is executive producer through his Electric Avenue Productions banner.
Also joining the Fox roster is Senior level leader, the Gordon Ramsay cooking competition whose second season premiere attracted 16.7 million viewers in a post-Super Bowl slot, making it the most-watched television cooking show in history. This comes through Studio Ramsay Global, which celebrity chef Ramsay launched with Fox in 2021.
