Lime Residential, Ltd. (subsidiary of Credit Suisse) sponsored the transaction and Credit Suisse Securities (UNITED STATES) LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as joint bookrunners. The transaction is supported by $390 million energy efficiency loans for solar and sustainable housing have been created on the GoodLeap platform. The securitization has been rated by S&P Global Ratings and Kroll Bond Rating Agency.
