TJ Holmes and Amy Robach seemed to acknowledge the cheating rumors surrounding their relationship on Hello America.
Let’s start with how we got here. On Wednesday, the Daily Mail published a plot of photos apparently showing PDA between the co-presenters. The only thing is that both TJ and Amy have been married to other people — lawyer Marilee Fiebig and actor Andrew Shue respectively — since 2010.
Well, at least they publicly seem to be with other people. A source told People that TJ and Amy split from their spouse in August and only started dating when they were both single. Meanwhile, Page Six and the Daily Mail both claimed the couple began training for the half marathon in March, but parted ways with their partners in August.
Shortly after the news broke, TJ and Amy shut down their Instagram accounts. However, that hasn’t stopped things from resurfacing – like a 2020 TJ post dedicated to his wife where he wrote, “Despite my best efforts, she has remained married to me for the past 10 years. This is not not hyperbole. I’m not being dramatic. I gave her lots of reasons and excuses and opportunities to get her beautiful ass out of the doooooooor.”
Other things also started to surface. Entertainment Tonight and Page Six claimed that TJ had an affair with a CMG producer for years before Amy.
So what did TJ and Amy say? Not much, because their Instagrams are still down. However, on GMA, TJ joked“It’s a shame it’s Friday. It was a great week.”
“I just want this one to go on and on, enjoy it. Enjoy it all,” he added.
In response, Amy said: “Speak for yourself. I’m really excited about the weekend. And I’m sure everyone is too — we all love our Fridays here. Some of us love it. love, at least.”
Guess we’ll have to see what happens!
