Eddie Hearn has been praised for his promotional skills in light of an inspiring team chat that has been circulating.
Matchroom Boxing king Hearn has selected five fighters to take on five of Queensberry Promotions chief Frank Warren’s selections on June 1 in Saudi Arabia, with the main title fight set to take place between Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang.

Hearn assembled his fighters at a promotional shoot, which also included Ammo Williams, Filip Hrgovic, Raymond Ford and Craig Richards, giving a truly remarkable speech.
He spoke incredibly about his fighters, telling the camera: “It’s not just my team, it’s the A team.
“Filip Hrgovic, one of the most dangerous heavyweights in the world, will take Daniel Dubois to school.
“The Captain, one and only Bronze Bomber [Deontay Wilder]. One of the most dangerous men in the division, this man is back with bad intentions and will destroy Zhilei Zhang in three rounds.
“Raymond Ford is the best 126-pound fighter in the world, against Nick Ball who is going to be taken to school, taken down and arrested.
“Craig Richards, my pick for a guaranteed win, but this guy with long reach under Shane McGuigan will win by stoppage.
“And finally Ammo Williams, people like Hamzah Sheeraz but this guy will show you he is one of the fiercest fighters to come out of America and take out Sheeraz.
“It’s Team Matchroom, it’s going to be a whitewashed baby!”

Sensationally, British heavyweight Richards confirmed it was filmed in a single take, showing Hearn had little preparation for the call to action.
And fans were left stunned by the viral clip, with one writing: “Give him an Oscar!”
Another agreed: “It’s a different class, wow!”
One wrote: “That’s the goat, of course Eddie does this in his sleep! »
One fan praised Hearn, writing: “I honestly think he did it in one take.
“As much as Hearn gets, he truly loves the sport and the people who make it happen.
“He knows every aspect of his fighters incredibly well, of course he puts his ego above that, but he has to do it because he’s a promoter.”
One concluded: “Eddie Hearn is incredibly talented at what he does. Possibly the best ever!”
Hearn built a dynasty from Matchroom Boxing, promoting some of the leading fighters of the era, including Canelo Alvarez and Anthony Joshua.
It is now no surprise that Wilder has buried the hatchet to join Hearn in the tournament.
He hopes his fighters can now deliver the goods, to sink his long-time rival Warren’s team in the new tournament format.
