Gianluca Vacchi revealed his girlfriend Sharon Fonseca gave birth as he shared a delivery room video on Monday.
The Italian playboy, 53, took to Instagram to share a fun TikTok clip of himself and model Sharon, 25, dancing as he joked trying to get the baby out.
Gianluca and Sharon, who also posed alongside a nurse in the delivery room, are expecting a baby girl.

Despite the imminent birth of their daughter, the fun-loving couple couldn’t help but film another of their popular clips for the video-sharing app.
Sharon, dressed in a hospital gown, looked very relaxed as she danced alongside her beautiful pajamas in a choreographed routine.
The couple put on an impressive performance in the video, which began with Gianluca planting a tender kiss on his girlfriend’s stomach.
The couple then posed with the nurse as they finished their fun video.

Captioning the clip, Gianluca wrote: ‘In the delivery room, trying to help her out … but I’m starting to think she doesn’t want to see me. ”
Gianluca, who is worth around £ 350million, revealed he was expecting a baby with his girlfriend Sharon on his Instagram in May.
Announcing the news of their baby in a video on Mother’s Day in Italy, he said: ‘Today is Mother’s Day and of course my first thought is with my mother.
“ But I have to say that whenever I thought of a potential mother for my baby, this woman had the characteristics of Sharon. ”

The millionaire then shared a photo of himself bent over one knee as Sharon showed off his bump in a cropped shirt.
He wrote: “Thank you very much for the love you have given us. We are very grateful to life for this beautiful gift. ❤️ ‘

The elated couple revealed they were waiting a little girl in a gender reveal video in July.
In a spectacular clip shared on their two social media accounts, a helicopter flew overhead and released a cloud of pink smoke, confirming the couple had a baby girl.
Along with the clip, Sharon wrote: ‘We are happy and grateful to share this special moment for us with you … our baby’s GENDER AWAKENING.
“ I still cry every time I see this video ❤️ We love you so much! ”
The sweet video ended in a cloud of pink smoke alongside the message: “ We are waiting for you little princess. Mom and dad.’

The little girl is Sharon’s first child while her partner has another daughter named Ginevra Mavilla, born July 6, 2002 from a previous relationship.
The happy couple continued to film their popular dance videos during Sharon’s pregnancy, even sharing baby-themed videos while they waited for their new arrival.
Funny video saw the millionaire comparing their “bumps” as he pretended to deflate his stomach.
The cute couple reached out and pretended to “blast” their stomachs, with Gianluca sucking in to deflate, while Sharon’s baby bump of course remained pronounced.
He captioned the video, “ Deflation mode doesn’t work for everyone … ”
Gianluca was already looking forward to their unborn child in June, when he showed his house in Bologna, Italy, Gianluca, saying he “can’t wait to see his child run in this magical place”.

Gianluca has spoken candidly in the past about the nearly three-decade age gap between him and Sharon, insisting that it is not “about” him.
The businessman said that he has the energy of a 15-year-old boy and revealed that Sharon had made him “suffer” early in their relationship to convince him.

He was previously in a relationship with model Giorgia Gabriele, but they broke up in 2017 – she first shared her dance videos which went viral.
In the early 2000s, Gianluca made a number of business acquisitions, including Last Minute Tours, most of which he has since sold.
Gianluca comes from the wealthy Vacchi family and his father owned the multinational Industria Maccine Automatiche, of which he was once a board member.
