Gareth Southgate is expected to stay with the side that beat Iran for Friday night’s clash against the United States.
The Three Lions beat Carlos Queiroz’s side 6-2 in their opener in a perfect start to their World Cup campaign.
Arsenal star Bukayo Saka netted twice and impressive Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham also netted in the win.
Sterling, Marcus Rashford and Jack Grealish then finished the scoring for Southgate’s men.
Meanwhile, the United States drew 1-1 with Wales in their opener, with Gareth Bale leveling and denying the Stars and Stripes the three points.
England boss Southgate is expected to name the same squad and formation for Friday’s clash.
Harry Kane should be fit, despite taking a knock, while defender Harry Maguire could start to recover from illness.
The 29-year-old England skipper was pictured back in training after an ankle scan.
He is expected to start alongside Saka and Chelsea striker Sterling.
Southgate also played down any injury concerns in their pre-match press conference.
“Harry is good. It would be a brave move to leave him out of the starting lineup,” he said.
Maguire, meanwhile, is expected to continue the centre-back partnership alongside John Stones, with Kieran Tripper and Luke Shaw at full-backs.
Bellingham and Rice will be part of the midfield alongside Mason Mount.
