So far, almost all of the news and footage we’ve seen from Netflix’s action blockbuster Red Notice came from Dwayne Johnson and Ryan Reynolds, the two highest paid movie stars on the planet who clearly had a great time working on both the film itself and their burgeoning bromance. However, there is a third A-lister who will also play a major role in Rawson Marshall Thurber’s globe-trotting epic, but so far we have heard very little from Gal Gadot.
the Wonder woman The actress is essentially the villain of the play, portraying a notorious art thief who becomes the subject of the titular global alert that forces Johnson’s Interpol agent and expert tracker into action, while Reynolds takes on counts the story as an infamous con artist who will presumably end up playing the two sides against each other for his own personal gain.
That’s a lot of star power crammed into one movie, and now Gadot has revealed a new behind-the-scenes image that shows the three Red Notices Holy Trinity of famous and attractive people taking the helm of Thurber, and you can check it out below.
With Reynolds set to start shooting Netflix’s untitled time travel film in a few weeks, Red Notice must be fairly close to the finish line. And as one of the streaming service’s most expensive original projects, executives and subscribers hope it lives up to its potential as the kind of old-school high school concept actor who was all the rage in the 1990s, but Hollywood doesn’t. It really does appear to be the case, as the focus has shifted to brands with built-in name recognition and franchise potential.
