And Gabby Allen shared snaps from her recent trip showing her bloating after pasta compared to her usual tense stomach.
The Love Island star, 28, explained that she does not stick to her usual diet or gym routine while on vacation, telling her followers that ‘balance is key’.

Gabby explained that she took the swollen snap right before bed and the other when she woke up, writing “what a difference a night of sleepy digestion can make”.
The reality TV star looked stunning in both images, posing a storm in a gray thong and a black t-shirt with her blonde locks erased from her face.
She captioned the snap: “ Just found this from my vacation! The left was me before bed, after probably a nice big bowl of pasta and the right was me the next day! Oh, what a difference a night of sleepy digestion can make.
“ I’ve been asked a lot of things about how I stay disciplined on vacation and the truth is! I do not have! I indulged in great food, drank a lot of alcohol and had a lot of ice cream!

“ BUT I trained when I felt up to it, and I had the weird salad and green juice! Holidays are for rest and fun, so don’t be afraid to do it!
“ I suggest trying to train at least 1/2 times a week just to keep up your stamina as mine has definitely run out, but it was worth it! I wouldn’t change anything! this old chestnut: BALANCE IS THE KEY.

Finishing off her beach look with oversized gold hoops, Gabby looked content as Brandon wrapped his tattooed arms around her in the pretty picture.
