And Frankie Bridge and her husband Wayne started again as they uploaded a video of themselves performing an improvised dance while they were locked out in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
Alongside the video, 31-year-old Frankie wrote, “We’re back! We may have had to improvise a little #husbandandwife #lockdown ‘.

The couple remained casual for the video with Frankie wearing a black cropped top and gray tracksuit bottom while Wayne, 39, wore a gray T-shirt and black stockings.
The former singer on Saturdays admitted that she had spent a day of lounging idle and joked that she was in “full chav mode”.
She wrote: “ I haven’t washed or eat anything of any substance yet, I haven’t been able to workout, I haven’t enjoyed the sun, the boys continue to say it’s too hot. An excuse to go inside and watch TV!
However, Frankie added that she had done certain things, writing, “ I ran a run to the post office, a bowl of cooked spag and egg muffins for breakfast. Faceted by mom, she spoke to @mollieking, winning small victories.

Frankie started out in a plunging green shirt dress, spinning for the camera, while Wayne was spinning behind, dressed in a hoodie and an orange cap.
After the change, the former footballer appeared in his wife’s sleek dress, showing his movements while Frankie wore his look.
Posting the video on her Instagram page under the caption “ B *** h stole my look … who wore it best? ”

Frankie scored nearly 500,000 views and a stream of comments from his famous friends, including Laura Whitmore, who responded with crying / laughing emoji.
Wayne also shared the video, noting “It happened and it’s probably the only night I haven’t had beer since the isolation …..”
He tagged his ex-footballer Jamie Redknapp and comedian Romesh Ranganathan, naming them to take on the challenge.
Jamie, who separated from his wife Louise Rednapp in 2017, joked in his response, “ I’m going to ask one of my dogs if they’re ready. ”

Speaking of their new love for TikTok during a GMB video chat on Thursday, Wayne admitted, “I’m fine once I have a drink.”
Frankie added that her husband needed a lot of time to master the movements, laughing: “Every time we did a tiktok, he didn’t drink! It takes us a while. It takes centuries to get it, it takes centuries to learn, we take so many takes.
“I transformed him into a Lorraine teenager, he learned dance routines and words there!”

Frankie added that the couple did well in isolation with their two sons and that they were learning new techniques to manage their anxiety.
“This is when you can take a break, this anxiety is justified,” she said.
“It’s a scary time, whole lives have changed, we don’t know what’s going on … you can rest easy with yourself.” I’m talking to my family, I’m talking to friends … or people should talk to someone medically if they need to talk. Or with whom you are isolated, express your feelings. “

She went on to congratulate her husband who helped her in her anxiety battle throughout their relationship.
“He took the time at one point in our relationship where he could have changed direction, but he stayed and learned about mental health.”
“I’m not the easiest person to live with, my mood can be up and down, he learned to live with that,” says Frankie.
