Fortnite’s full annual roadmap appears to have been leaked, Fantastic 4, Billie Eilish and more – Forbes

In what could be the biggest leak in Fortnite history, the full content roadmap for the coming year may have just leaked. This comes from 4chan which yes, 4chan, but many of Fortnite’s biggest leakers seem to confirm its potential validity, and if it’s true, it offers us a detailed look at what’s to come over the next year. Here are the highlights:

• Chapter 5, Season 3 – Apocalypse themed and features the arrival of Metallica in the game. Possibly Pirates of the Caribbean skins too.
• Chapter 5, Season 4 – Another Marvel-based season, this time featuring the Fantastic Four, some of Marvel’s biggest characters who still haven’t made their way into the game.
• Chapter 5, Season 5 – The return of OG Fortnite.
• Launch of Chapter 6 – No information yet.

Beyond that, it shows the next four ICON/Festival artists featured in the game:

• Billie Eilish (from Tuesday)
• Metallica (in June)
• Karol G (in August)
• Snoop Dogg (in October)

LEGO Mode would receive Star Wars content and the addition of LEGO Klombo from past Battle Royale seasons.

The image, which I won’t post here if it is in fact a proprietary document, appears to be genuine, or at least very difficult to fake given some of what is shown here, which would exceed well the generating capabilities of AI, as some have done. speculated. Something like Billie Eilish’s arrival could happen as early as Tuesday, lending more credence to the whole thing. Some of these may be fictional artwork, such as simply using a Metallica album cover instead of displaying them in-game.

It’s an interesting year of crossovers, as many don’t seem to align with specific promotions. Billie Eilish is relevant as one of the biggest artists of the moment, fresh off an Oscar win. But the Fantastic Four movie won’t be released until 2025. Pirates of the Caribbean is expected to return with a new installment, but not for a long time. I’m also curious what skins he would get besides Jack Sparrow, although I suppose we could hit the grid with Keira Knightley.

What we don’t know are the specific events in the story of how one season transitions to others. There is speculation about how Doctor Doom could return and be involved as a major villain in the Fantastic Four storyline. Or Galactus, who we have already seen once in the world of Fortnite.
