A former Carlisle United and Workington Reds goalkeeper who made the Champions League qualifiers took to Twitter to make an offer to find a new club.
Lewis Brass, who has previously featured in the Blues’ children’s books, is hoping to gain attention after a stint with Welsh champions Connah’s Quay Nomads.
The 24-year-old posted a video of his highlights on social media in an attempt to gain attention.
He was most recently with the Welsh side who played in the Champions League first qualifying round last year, before coming down to the Bosnian league FK Sarajevo.
Brass, whose teammates included former United striker Craig Curran, went on to represent Connah’s Quay in the Europa League where they lost to Georgian club Dinamo Tbilisi.
European outings followed Connah’s Quay, led by former Manchester City defender Andy Morrison, winning the Cymru Premier in the 2019/20 season.
