The FA could clear the power outage on Saturday at 3 p.m. if Premier League matches are forced to take place behind closed doors due to the coronavirus outbreak.
It seems increasingly likely that Premier League matches will be played in empty stadiums at some point in the near future, while “social distancing” methods will be introduced gradually.

And the Times reports that discussions are already underway to allow matches to be shown at 3 p.m., which have traditionally never been shown on television.
A source told the newspaper, “It makes sense to do away with the blackout, but what we don’t want to do is create a new problem by simply moving these crowds from stadiums to pubs.”
EFL matches could be available via the League’s iFollow service, which is usually blocked on Saturdays, while Sky and BT may be asked to filter all Premier League matches for free, but to block their signal in pubs.
There are concerns that large gatherings of people in pubs will spread COVID-19 at a faster rate than people going to stadiums.
By 9 a.m. on Monday, coronavirus cases in the UK had risen to 319, although the government has confirmed that it will not cancel the large-scale events yet.
The UK is trying to avoid a crisis similar to Italy, where 7,375 people have been infected, leading to the postponement of many sporting events, while most have gone behind closed doors.
