Flavor Flav confronts Spirit Airlines agent after narrowly missing flight from Las Vegas
Flavor Flav was not a happy camper as he sought to travel from Las Vegas to Michigan on Thursday night.
The popular 80s rapper, 63, was filmed arguing with a Spirit Airlines gate agent after being denied access to an ‘oversold flight’.
The former reality TV star also took to Twitter to air her grievances with the company.

According to TMZ, the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. and Flavor Flav was sitting near the gate waiting to catch a flight to Detroit.
The star – whose real name is William Jonathan Drayton Jr. – was busy on his laptop and phone when he realized the gate agent was closing the door leading to the plane, the site reported. .
A nearly two-minute video clip shows the media personality verbally clashing with the airline employee.
Drayton was told to ‘step away from the podium’ as he used swear words to vent his frustration.

On Twitter, he tagged the airline and wrote: “You overbooked your flight and denied me boarding!!! no compensation or anything…I think this is totally wrong!! !#SpiritAirlines.’
The hip-hop star wore a black hoodie, beige pants and a fitted black hat with a New York logo.
He was traveling with a backpack on his back and headphones around his neck, and he was carrying a blue plastic bag.
In addition, two other passengers were denied access to the bridge and joined the star near the kiosk.

Sources told the entertainment news site that it’s not unusual for Flav to wait until the last one to board, as fans often want to take pictures with him.
Insiders also said that Spirit opened the door to other passengers before the video was recorded, but closed it to Flav and the other two.
The music icon told TMZ, “Spirit Airlines shut the door on me while I was waiting in line to board.” I was upset and said harsh words to the gate agent.

In another upload, he shared a music video from behind the scenes at a Bobby Brown concert saying, “FLAVOR FLAV ::: on stage with the legendary Bobby Brown at the fox theater in Detroit Michigan.”
