And the fitness mogul, 32, revealed the results of her lifestyle by showing off her insane abs in a throwback photo with husband Jae Woodroffe.
Jae shared a cute picture of the couple before they started dating on Instagram after a fan asked her to post a photo of the couple early in their romance.
In the photo, Kayla revealed her incredibly toned figure in a black bikini as she posed alongside Jae.
She wore a large straw hat and flashed a peace sign while smiling at the camera.

The fitness trainer married Jae in December last year after popping the question in July 2022.
She and Woodroffe welcomed their first child together, a son named Jax, in January 2023.
It comes after Kayla sparked pregnancy rumors last month while traveling to Sydney with her husband.
The fitness mogul shared a photo on Instagram of “airport snacks” as she arrived at Gold Coast Airport.
The fitness trainer married Jae in December last year after popping the question in July 2022.
She then shared a close-up photo of the treats she purchased, including a Crunchie bar, Kinder Bueno chocolate, Nerds candy, Tic Tac and a bottle of water.
One of her friends then wondered if she was pregnant as she indulged in the treats.
‘Are you pregnant? That’s rogue AF of you hahaha’, the post read.
Kayla shared the comment on her story and wrote: “My friends. No either…I don’t think so.
It comes after Kayla sparked pregnancy rumors last month while traveling to Sydney with her husband.
Kayla recently moved from South Australia to Queensland with Jae and her two children.
She was recently seen soaking up the sun in her new neighborhood while out shopping with her mother Anna on the Gold Coast.
Kayla was previously engaged to Tobi Pearce and they share daughter Arna, five.
