LOS ANGELES (March 2, 2020) – Fisker Inc. – creator of the world’s most moving sustainable electric vehicles and advanced mobility solutions – unveils exciting driving images never seen before of the Fisker Ocean luxury all-electric SUV, reflecting reliability, durability, driving performance and maturity of the vehicle platform. Selected design specifications are also published before Fisker Ocean’s European debut at the Geneva International Motor Show 2020.

Suspension and handling:
- The Fisker Ocean uses a multi-link rear axle to simultaneously optimize handling and handling. Unlike simpler suspension systems that sacrifice ride quality for sports car steering performance, the Fisker Ocean achieves supreme balance with innovative engineering touches.
- The multi-link system also offers a new level of space efficiency and first-class interior trunk volume. In addition, the entire rear suspension is mounted on an insulated subframe, which eliminates noise and vibrations from the passenger compartment. The result: superb interior comfort and refinement.
Active aerodynamics and cooling:

The vehicle’s battery also operates at the optimum temperature in the most aerodynamic body, producing the highest range possible from a single charge while ensuring maximum battery life. - The lower ocean front is designed to highlight these incredibly effective features with a large parametric model that opens toward the lower front spoiler of the vehicle.
World-class collision performance:
- The Fisker Ocean has a unique structure at the forefront of the industry which protects the battery in the event of a side impact. Additional reinforcements have also been added to the body structure to protect the passengers and the whole vehicle in the event of an impact.
- Intelligent materials create an SUV with the lowest possible weight, while ensuring the highest levels of safety and the maximum possible range.
- The lower side section of the Fisker Ocean combines art and functionality – with the vehicle sculpture surrounding the side protection beams, where the lower body captures the light.

The Fisker Ocean experience is characterized by a feeling of freedom, pleasure and luxury – complemented by off-road capabilities and superior utility. The vehicle is agile and easy to maneuver. Comfortable, but sporty.
Dramatic dimensions: With a length of 4,640 millimeters (182.7 inches), a width of 1,930 millimeters (76 inches) and a height of 1,615 millimeters (63.6 inches), the luxury all-electric SUV offers a spacious environment for front passengers and back. With thoughtful design touches, new spaces are created for five adults to sit comfortably – even during the longest walks. The center console provides additional space for a handbag or other items under the console. Two inductive chargers for smartphones are placed just below the touch screen, which has five haptic buttons for quick, safe and intuitive responses while driving.
Functional utility: With 566 liters (20 cubic feet) of boot space, the vehicle is practical and useful. Space increases to 708 liters (25 cubic feet) with the parcel shelf removed. The rear window can be lowered independently to allow long objects to be placed without having to open the hatch, while a protective rubber plate made of recycled tires protects the loading edge.
The Fisker Ocean will be delivered with roof rails and tow hook options. Towing capacity will be released in 2021.
Superb wheels: Base model will include elegantly designed 20-inch wheels, with 22-inch wheel options for an even greater presence on and off the road. The 22 inch option is shown.
Off-road driving and power: The Fisker Ocean will be offered in a four-wheel drive configuration on all versions except the base model – reflecting the vehicle’s off-road capabilities. The standard four-wheel drive configuration will provide more than 225 kilowatts (more than 300 horsepower), with a high-performance version targeting 0 to -60 mph in less than three seconds (total power to be announced in 2021).
welfare: A state-of-the-art head-up display integrated into the windshield will be complemented by a large 16-inch central touch screen and a 9.8-inch cluster screen. From augmented reality features to haptic touch buttons and immersive digital experiences, the vehicle offers impressive visuals all around. Fisker is working on integrating a Karaoke mode that will display the lyrics of your favorite song in the windshield without having to look at the road.
The seats are designed for optimal comfort and space, the entire interior is vegan and all rugs are made from recycled fishing nets and plastic bottles collected from the world’s oceans.
California Fashion: This patented feature, inspired by the roots of the Fisker brand and his passion for the Southern California coast, lowers / slides nine windows / glass panels to open the entire cabin with one touch – creating a feeling of fullness. air, while maintaining a “full roll” safety cage around the passengers.
This feature allows the tailgate window to fall, allowing long objects to be placed through the opening without having to drive with an open tailgate.

Charge and autonomy: The Fisker Ocean is equipped with a CCS Type 2 combined socket with a charging capacity of 150 kW – allowing the vehicle to be charged via all stations using technology in accordance with the latest international standards.
- In North America, Fisker Ocean vehicles will be automatically recognized by Electrify America charging stations, which will allow for simple recharging, release and automatic payments.
- Fisker will offer a free miles package with each vehicle, allowing a certain amount of free top-up. Additional details on charge plans will be shared later in 2020.
- The vehicle is equipped with a fully-supplied, validated and tested advanced battery – with a capacity> 80 kWh and a range of up to 300 miles (depending on driving conditions). The vehicle’s exact EPA and WLT range will be announced closer to launch in 2021.
- More than 200 miles of autonomy can be delivered from 30 minutes of charge for the Fisker Ocean (capacity from 15% to 80%). Electrify America 150 kW chargers can charge capable vehicles up to 20 miles per minute.
Release flexibility.
- Reservations are set at $ 250 (US) for the full purchase option or the flexible rental program.
- Full purchase option: Starting at $ 37,499 (US) MSRP. Once the US federal tax credit is applied, the cost of the Fisker Ocean drops to a starting price of $ 29,999 (United States). European prices will be adjusted according to each country’s import taxes, incentives and other factors. The exact prices will be announced closer to launch.
- Unprecedented flexible rental model. Reservations are now open via the Fisker mobile app on the Application store and google play shop, where the Fisker website – set at $ 250 (United States): Drivers can get behind the wheel of the Fisker Ocean from $ 379 (US) per month (with $ 2,999 down payment before delivery in 2022, which includes initiation and activation fees). Fisker will also offer a “$ 0 off-road” option with a fully funded $ 2,999 down payment for customers who have obtained credit.
Production is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2021, with large volume deliveries of the Fisker Ocean expected to increase in 2022. Global and localized secure supply chains in the United States, Europe and China will translate to more than one million vehicles, including three models – is expected to be produced between 2022 and 2027.
