FIBRA Prologis announces the results of its subscription offer


MEXICO CITY, March 5, 2020 / PRNewswire / – FIBRA Prologis (BMV: FIBRAPL 14), one of the main owners and operators of class A industrial property Mexico, announced today that, as part of the preferential right granted to existing qualified holders of its CBFIs, it had received subscriptions higher than the offer and had allocated all of the 200,000,000 CBFIs at the price of Ps. 41 , 50 by CBFI. Gross subscription proceeds are expected to be Ps. 8.3 billion.

The settlement and delivery of the CBFIs will take place on March 17, 2020, subject to receipt of payment. The negotiation of these CBFIs will begin upon delivery on the 17th of March, 2020.

Citigroup acts as principal adviser and BBVA Bancomer acts as adviser.
