Giannis Antetokounmpo is an adored father of his two sons. So much so that he believes this team of 3 can win against another team of 3. He posted two pictures of him and his kids playing on the field. He wrote a challenge with her. The Milwaukee Bucks player said he could play against all three legends: Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and Shaquille O’Neal.

Although Giannis, who signed a $228 million extension earlier in December 2020, posted it with a bunch of laughing emojis to indicate that this challenge was meant to be taken with a pinch of salt, fans followed on social media.

Fans weren’t impressed with his message and many thought it was damage control on Giannis’ side. A week ago, he was shaken from his “humble” image. The Greek Freak had gotten angry at Wells Fargo field staff working with a ladder. He ends up pushing him away, knocking him to the ground.

One fan wrote that he was “fake humble”. His bold challenge to the trio might also suggest (at least to some) that Giannis and the kids have a chance.
Can Giannis take on Michael Jordan, Magic and Shaq?
Michael Jordan is arguably the GOAT of basketball. Shaquille O’Neal has redefined physical prowess in the game. And Magic Johnson is renowned for being one of the best point guards.
Even without considering the many accomplishments of Magic and Shaq, Michael Jordan’s illustrious career was ambitious in itself. He set records and pushed the goal post. He had six championships under his belt and is still synonymous with the sport.

Launderer’s report says it best, “Following in MJ’s footsteps was the ultimate aspiration and a lingering curse“.
But is Giannis’ claim exaggerated?
The Milwaukee Bucks player’s claim can probably still hold water as he led his team to a second-best record. The Bucks are 13-5, just short of the Boston Celtics’ league record of 15-4. And his children have the basketball virus in them.
