Manchester United have received a huge injury boost following the return to training of Raphael Varane and Mason Mount.
The pair were seen taking part in the club’s final training session before flying to Germany for Wednesday’s Champions League opener against Bayern Munich.

It is not yet clear whether either player will be in contention for the match at the Allianz Arena or whether boss Erik ten Hag will save his stars for Saturday’s trip to Burnley.
Mount injured his hamstring in the 2-0 defeat to Tottenham on August 19 and has not played since.
Meanwhile, France international Varane has missed United’s last two league matches after suffering a knock against Nottingham Forest last month.
Early signs suggest Varane could be out for an extended period, but United’s fears appear to have been allayed.
