Despite their success so far, doubts remain over England’s ability to challenge for the world title.
However, they will now be bolstered by the return of captain Owen Farrell, who has served his four-match suspension.
Farrell’s return will make Chile’s task even more difficult as they look to pick up their first points after heavy defeats in their opening two matches.

England vs Chile: what was said?
Speaking after England’s win over Japan, head coach Borthwick praised the support shown to his side during the tournament.
He said: “We had to work hard to win. We knew we would be rewarded if we continued to do the right things and I’m delighted for the players and especially the supporters.
“What’s evident in the first two games of the tournament is the incredible support we have here – traveling and following this team – and we want to make sure they take advantage of that.

“We will do a debriefing and analysis of the game but the first thing is that the payers benefit from this victory.
“We have six days left before we play Chile and we are looking forward to putting in a great performance in front of our fans.”
