Despite being busy with their Hollywood careers, daytime TV show host Ellen DeGeneres and his actress wife Portia de Rossi have found time to put another high-profile home up for sale.
The couple listed an English Tudor-style mansion in Beverly Hills for NZ $ 73.6 million (US $ 53.5 million). If it sells quickly, it will be the third property the couple have sold in the past 12 months.
The grand, five-bedroom house has been renovated and redecorated by the powerful couple since buying it from Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine and his wife and model Behati Prinsloo almost two years ago.
They paid NZ $ 58.5 million ($ 42.5 million) for the property and then spent more to fix it.

In addition to having elegant furniture in light color, the house also features works of art in soft colors.
The large house has a 15 meter long living room and a huge cinema room.
It also has an outdoor tennis court, possibly a throwback to one of the house’s former owners, Pete Sampras, who sold it in 2008, according to the online celebrity news site. Dirt.
DeGeneres and De Rossi are prolific prestige property pinball machines, selling multiple homes across California in recent years.
Four months ago, they sold a Bali-inspired estate in Santa Barbara’s upscale Montecito neighborhood for NZ $ 45.8 million ($ 33.3 million).
DeGeneres and de Rossi also sold another Tudor-style home in Santa Barbara County to pop star Ariana Grande in 2020, for NZ $ 9.2 million ($ 6.7 million), after buying home for just $ 3.6 million.
DeGeneres hosted his own TV show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, since 2003, making her a veteran of the TV talk show circuit. De Rossi starred in a television comedy series Development stopped.
The couple met in 2004 backstage at an awards show and quickly started dating. They married in 2008.
Their property in Beverly Hills was listed through real estate agency Westside and real estate agent Kurt Rappaport.
