The Mobi-EVS mobile full-height, battery-powered scissor lifts have a patent-pending design that makes them ideal for the removal and installation of high-voltage batteries or internal combustion powertrain components. By pressing the button on the pendant controller, the 40-inch by 60-inch lifting platform rises over 6 feet in less than 20 seconds. Multiple recessed anchor locations accommodate a variety of modular fixtures, adapters and accessories for maximum versatility.
The new Mobi-EVS EV4000SL model offers best-in-class rated load capacity of 4,000 lbs. – enough to safely support the high-voltage batteries of most EVs on the road, as well as traditional powertrain components. The EV2400SL retains its 2,400 lbs. ability.
Both models now feature an integrated sliding plate bridge that allows effortless lateral movement of up to 1.5 inches along both axes for precise part adjustment and alignment. Small improvements that can have a big impact on technician productivity include more ergonomic deck handles and larger tool trays that extend the full length of the deck on both sides, keeping fixtures and fittings tools at hand.

BendPak has made several design improvements to Mobi-EVS elevators to maximize utility and durability. The three zero-throw casters have been improved and the steering handle has been reinforced for longer life and effortless steering control. The handle can be removed and stored when not in use to provide more clearance. A new two-piece cover improves access to the lift motor for easier maintenance.
A quarter inch thick steel reinforced deck plate minimizes deflection, maximizes load stability and helps extend the life of the risers. Impact-resistant ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) polyethylene protects the tabletop from wear while providing a low-friction surface to help components move smoothly with less effort. Structural steel channels in the upper and lower sections of the frame provide additional rigidity and resistance to twisting or bending under load. Structural cross members at each pivot joint in scissor assemblies minimize leg deflection. The durable, baked-on powder coat finish allows Mobi-EVS scissor lifts to withstand the toughest conditions.
Mobi-EVS models meet or exceed the standards prescribed by ASME PASS 2019 (Safety Standard for Portable Automotive Service Equipment).
