Fans of the award-winning 2018 Netflix series When Heroes Fly will no doubt be hooked on the new action-drama series Echo 3. Surprisingly not a Netflix production, the series is produced by Apple TV+.
With a plot designed to grip the audience, the series follows two former military personnel as they search for a missing family member. Naturally, viewers want to know more about Echo 3, like episode counts and release dates.
Set in South America, Echo 3 unfolds around Amber Chesborough (Jessica Ann Collins), a talented scientist with a heart of gold. When Amber goes missing along the Colombian-Venezuelan border, her husband Prince (Michiel Huisman) and brother Bambi (Luke Evans) team up to find her.
How many episodes are there in Echo 3?
Echo 3 will consist of ten episodes in total. All episodes will be exclusive to the Apple TV+ streaming service. The first three episodes were released on November 23, 2022. From then on, each episode will air weekly.

Plot preview
As Bambi and Prince search for Amber, a secret war rages in the background. Another key plot point is the two men and their complicated stories. This, combined with the tense missing person case, sets up a story that promises more than just an intense action story.
Echo 3 features big names on the cast sheet. Series lead Luke Evans has an array of performances under his belt. He is known for his film roles in Fast & Furious 6 and Dracula Untold, among others.
Outside of the series, Bradley Whitford – known for his role as Joseph Lawrence in The Handmaid’s Tale – appears in the first two episodes. Whitford plays Eric Haas II.
