The former Love Island star, 30, went on Twitter to share a snapshot of himself in his PPE and rubs his shirtless promo shot of the show strapped to the front of them.
He captioned the photo: “So many patients are scared, especially with the PPE we wear, so I thought I would try to make them laugh or smile, even for a second.”

Alex’s mission is to keep morale high among his colleagues at Lewisham Hospital.
