Yes, Visible supports Wi-Fi calling. Both Visible and Visible+ the plans support Wi-Fi Calling, and all you need to do is enable Wi-Fi Calling on your device. Basically, your ability to make Wi-Fi calls depends on whether or not your device is capable of making Wi-Fi calls.

How to Enable Wi-Fi Calling on Your Visible Device

Apple

Apple’s latest iPhones should be able to make Wi-Fi calls, as long as they’re on the latest version of iOS. The carrier also needs to be updated to Visible 46.0.

  1. On your iPhone, open Settings.
  2. Go to Cellular.
  3. Faucet Wi-Fi calling.
  4. Press the Wi-Fi Calling on this iPhone toggle if it is gray to enable the feature.
  5. In the confirmation, press Enable.

Android devices will also work with Visible’s Wi-Fi Calling feature.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Use the search function and enter “Wi-Fi calling”.
  3. Go to the Wi-Fi Calling option and enable it.

Here’s the problem: If you haven’t received your device via Visible, you may not be able to access Wi-Fi Calling. For example, here in Canada, I’m using an unlocked phone on a carrier that supports supports Wi-Fi calling. However, I can’t access the feature because carrier settings (and the ability to update them) are usually only possible on carriers’ own devices.
