With his new superhero feature, Black Adam, Dwayne Johnson is set to continue dominating action-packed movies. The Rock seems to have been chosen to represent the next DCEU film. Additionally, it has been suggested that Henry Cavill will return to his role as Superman in Black Adam.

Given how much DJ compliments Cavill on his performance as Superman, chances are the Last Son of Krypton can make an appearance in Black Adam. Interestingly, Johnson seems to favor Cavill as Superman in the Black Adam vs. Superman fight.

In case you missed it, Brandon Davis asked The Great One if he had considered bringing in Superman for any more DC showdowns alongside Henry Cavill after the Black Adam panel in SDCC Hall H.
Black Adam replies, “Henry is a buddy, and he’s a phenomenal superman. And Henry Cavill is the superman of our generation compared to other supermen of the past. And every time I see him, we’re drinking tequila. I always say that it’s Superman.

Additionally, one fan described it metaphorically, saying that if Warner Bros. fired Henry Cavill as Superman against The Rock Black Adam, it would be similar to the Hulk Hogan vs. Ultimate Warrior match from WrestleMania.
