Delilah Belle Hamlin has revealed she suffered a “scary and painful” seizure while filming the new music video for her debut single Nothing Lasts Forever.
The 24-year-old daughter of Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin – who supported their budding pop star at her album release party on Friday night – spoke to ET about the frightening ordeal as she promoted the track .
Recounting her health scare, Delilah told the outlet: “The second day of shooting the music video, it was, like, nine o’clock in the day and I suffered from seizures…
“We don’t know much about them yet. Even though it’s been years, we’re still trying to figure it out. I ended up having a seizure on set.
After describing the crisis as “scary and painful”, Delilah said: “It was probably one of the worst I’ve had in a while, but I had everyone I loved around me.”

Delilah found a silver lining in the chilling experience, telling ET that she “was able to bring the emotion of [her seizure] in filming the next day.
The rising singer went on to say she was ‘proud’ of the fact that she continued filming after the crisis, while relying on the advice of her hardworking mother.
‘Lisa always taught me [that] if you’re like dying, if you vomit, if you vomit, make the day. Go ahead and do it. Report to work. So I try. I always do my best. There are days when I really can’t, but I try my best.
Delilah has been very open about her health struggles in the past, and she recently gave her fans an update via Instagram in January, pairing a very candid caption with a photo of herself receiving an IV.
She wrote: “I haven’t really talked about my health lately and if you’re new here you’re probably confused but for the past few years I’ve been battling autoimmune/chronic disease issues which I’ve been battling silently and overcome.
“It was definitely tough mentally and physically. I kind of kept quiet because I don’t want to be put in a ‘sick’ role.
“I’ve faced a lot, overcome a lot, and I know I’m going through this for a reason and that reason is to share what I’ve been through and what I’ve learned with you.”
The influencer’s caption focused more specifically on her faith by including a quote from televangelist Joel Osteen.

Delilah has had quite a few issues in recent years, including multiple stints in rehab as well as battling Lyme disease, Epstein-Barr, encephalitis and pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with strep infections, according to Vanity. Fair.
The final disorder, also known as PANDAS, resulted in bouts of extreme anxiety that Hamlin says led her to an accidental overdose of Xanax.
