With the question of what the Cowboys plan to do with the quarterback Dak Prescott’s contract still pending, owner Jerry Jones has done what Jerry Jones does best and has been in the media to talk about his side of the negotiation process. In Friday’s episode of “Nothing Personal with David Samson,” the former MLB executive recounts the last thing the Dallas owner said.
Curiously, the most intriguing information to come out of Jones’ mouth had nothing to do with Prescott, and everything to do with the former wide receiver of the Cowboys Dez Bryant.
“I thought about this a lot in the shower,” said Jones of his plans to bring Bryant back to Dallas.
Samson, of course, decided to break these comments down.
“It’s not a sexual problem, I’m telling you when I led the team, I had my best moments in the shower,” said Samson. “I was thinking of all kinds of commercial things. [Jones is] but I never would have said it publicly. No one cares when you have great ideas because then you have a show like mine, where we say “hey, what exactly are you thinking about?” “
The reality is that bringing Bryant back to the Cowboys will have to stay on hold for a while when it comes to Dallas priorities because they have so many other things to take care of before dealing with another veteran takeover bid .
