The beauty, 39, held her daughter Autumn Rose, 14 months, as she made her way to The Plow and Harrow restaurant in Hertfordshire in a mini cut-out khaki number.
The mother-of-five revealed her figure and teased her many assets in the skimpy long-sleeved dress that left little to the imagination with open front sections.
She boosted her height with matching strappy khaki heels and looked confident as she strutted around.
Danielle wore her honey tresses in loose waves over her shoulders and opted for typically glamorous makeup.

Autumn looked adorable in a Burberry jumper and tights as she was held by her ever-adoring mum.
The outing comes after Danielle revealed last week that she was contemplating suicide at the height of her modeling career.
The former covergirl detailed her troubled past and struggle with mental health issues this week while reflecting on the downfalls of “hard industry”.
Admitting it was “just too much”, she opened up about the struggle while chatting with Nigel Farage on GB News this week.
Danielle has previously spoken about the battle, candidly sharing her difficult relationship with drug addiction and anxiety.
Reflecting on the news show this week, she explained: ‘It can have consequences, like I’ve had really low days, I’ve been really really low, I’ve had a lot of problems and I ended up in rehab.
Explaining that she was thinking about suicide, Danielle continued: “I was really depressed.
“I actually contemplated killing myself at one point where I was feeling the stress of being in the spotlight. It was just too much.

She later spoke about going through a traumatic ordeal after breast enhancement surgery, which led to her nearly losing her life.
“I had a lot of problems with surgery in the past, especially with my breasts. I almost died [during surgery] and it was, it was just awful.
The model has previously opened up about her mental health ordeal, praising her mother Jackie for helping her through it.
Speaking on the Ladies of Liverpool podcast in 2021, she shared: ‘It got so bad I thought about killing myself and luckily I picked up the phone and was able to talk to my mum, and they got me the help I needed.
“So I think it’s so important to talk about things like that. It wasn’t a good thing to go through in my life, but I have this platform to say it’s okay not to to go well.

After a battle with alcohol and drugs, Danielle is now enjoying a healthy lifestyle with husband Michael O’Neill.
The couple share children Ronnie, four, and Autumn Rose together. While Danielle is also mum to Archie, 11, Harry, 10, and George, eight.
Now moving from drunken nights to a life of her own, Danielle recently admitted that date night consisted of having an early dinner and getting up for the school run for her and her husband Michael.
Explaining that she stays in shape by working out four times a week, the model explained that she felt “the best I’ve ever had” during a recent interview, after quitting excessive consumption of alcohol.
