What is the Babydust method?

The Babydust Method is a book published by Kathryn Taylor, which uses ovulation predictor kits to help couples conceive their preferred gender.

The method works by asking women to trace their luteinizing hormone twice a day and using ovulation predictor kits for three months to recognize their cycle patterns.

The hormone typically rises to around day 14 of the menstrual cycle and ovulation, with tests indicating when a woman should ovulate.

Couples hoping to have a girl should have sex two or three days before ovulation, and at no other time during the cycle.

Those hoping for a boy should have sex 24 hours after their first darkest test, which indicates that ovulation will occur 24 hours later, and again after 24 hours.

“I’ve been through ups and downs and I can’t imagine Autumn not having a little sister to grow up with,” she shared.

“I just think it’s good to have sisters close together so they always support each other.”

“When I was telling Michael, I think I had had a few wines.

“I think he thought I was fooling around, but I definitely wasn’t. I still think he thinks I’m messing around. Even with Autumn, he was like, ‘You didn’t tell me that ‘we were trying’. I was like, ‘Right?’

She added that she would use the Babydust method again in hopes of conceiving another girl.

Danielle previously revealed she decided to try having a baby girl naturally after being unable to travel overseas for a controversial gender selection due to the Covid pandemic.

The star revealed that she followed The Babydust Method, a book published by Kathryn Taylor which asks for the help of ovulation strips to conceive a child.
