Dancing On Ice pro Carlotta Edwards broke her silence on Saturday night when her three-year marriage to co-star Alexander Demetriou is over.
The Canadian skater shared a series of photos and videos taken during her appearance on the frantic children’s program CBBC Saturday Mash Up earlier today.
Joined by Dancing On Ice partner Ben Hanlin and his companions Max and Harvey, 29-year-old Carlotta has shown no signs of being disturbed by persistent rumors of separation as they dance through the studio.

Surrounded by the usual mix of kids and show hosts, the skater was also filmed imitating Taylor Swift’s dance moves while wrapping up the lyrics to her hit hit Shake It Off.
The magician Hanlin, who traveled with Carlotta to the show’s Manchester studio, entertained her with a series of card tricks and games – including one that required the skater to wear a pair of leggings over his head.
Fortunately for Carlotta, she avoided the tank gunge, a fate was reserved for an unlucky celebrity at the end of each show.

Going to Instagram later that evening, she wrote, “Honestly, the best day ever!”
Her appearance comes as her marriage to Alexander collapsed after being associated with Love Island star Maura Higgins.

It has been claimed that the couple are on the verge of announcing their separation, after Alex is said to have been “ in love ” with Maura during their skating time on ITV, leaving Carlotta “ furious ”.
It only comes days after it was claimed that Maura had split from her Love Island boyfriend Curtis Pritchard after quarrels over his friendship with skater Alexander.
A source told the Sun on Sunday that the cracks first appeared in the marriage of Alexander and Carlotta in 2019, when he was paired with Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton.

Carlotta would have been jealous of their friendship, and thought that she and Alexander had overcome the difficult patch when this series ended.
But things would only get worse this year when Alexander was paired with Maura.
It has also been claimed that Alexander confided in Maura on his marital problems, even after the couple was eliminated from the show several weeks ago, their chemistry having attracted the attention of several co-stars of Dancing On Ice.

Alexander and Carlotta would have tried to unite, but once the series ended, they would begin to announce their separation.
The source told The Sun, “ They haven’t been happy together for months, and Alex shared his personal issues with Maura, which didn’t help.
“ Their marriage seems to be broken beyond repair, and friends and family now expect them to let it be known publicly after Dancing On Ice is over. ”

Despite the claims, Alexander and Carlotta both appeared on each other’s social media last month.
Maura’s spokesperson has since rejected any suggestion that his partnership with Alex would have contributed to his recent split, telling MailOnline: “Maura and Curtis have decided to split up due to busy schedules.”
