Dan Osborne would face no further action from police following an alleged assault at his wife Jacqueline Jossa’s 30th birthday party.
Former The Only Way Is Essex star Dan, 31, was arrested for ‘grievous bodily harm with intent and ABH’ after a ‘mass fight’ at the celebration in November last year.
The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate was dragged out of the Essex mansion he shares with his actress wife in handcuffs at 3am and was due to meet police bail last Thursday.

An Essex Police spokesman told The Sun today: ‘An arrested 31-year-old man has been told he faces no further action.
MailOnline has contacted Essex Police and a representative for Dan for further comment.
It comes after his I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Winning wife Jacqueline said she had ‘no doubt’ he would be ‘cleared of any wrongdoing’adding that “he is the victim of it all”.

A source said: “She is 100% behind Dan on this. In fact, Jacqueline thinks Dan is really the victim in all of this.
“Yeah, things started, but Dan wasn’t responsible for it and was actually trying to calm it all down.”
“She has no doubt that he will be cleared of any wrongdoing and stands by his side and fully supports him.

“It was obviously a really bad ending to a magical night. But all Jacqueline and Dan care about now is straightening up the mess and moving on.
Jacqueline was reportedly reduced to tears after her ‘magical’ 30th birthday party descended into chaos when a fight broke out in the couple’s garden at 3.30am.
Several guests were injured and at least one person was taken to hospital with a broken jaw which later required surgery, according to The Sun.

Neighbors awakened by the commotion called the police who broke up the boozy evening at their Essex mansion.
Dan was held in custody and released on bail the following afternoon on suspicion of GBH with intent and ABH.
GBH with intent carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment and ABH carries a maximum sentence of five years.
Essex Police said: “An arrested 31-year-old man has been released on bail until January 26. He was arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent and ABH.”
Police were trying to obtain CCTV footage of the Nov. 6 fight.
The jaw-broken guest was initially too ill to make a statement and remained in hospital for four days.
One of the injured was Jacqueline’s 21-year-old cousin, who lives in Eltham, south-east London.
A source told MailOnline: ‘It was a mass brawl that turned really bad. Several revelers were seriously injured. One guest had to undergo facial surgery. Jac was crying because her dream birthday turned sour.
Family: Jacqueline married former TOWIE star Dan in 2017 and they also share daughter Ella, seven. Dan also has nine-year-old son Teddy, whom he shares with ex Megan Tomlin.
